"Expedition One, day zero, oh-eight-hundred, Sagit and I have just awoke- okay, I've just awoken, Sagit is still asleep down below in living quarters, but once I wake him up, we'll be taking off for the first days of our expedition into unmarked space and hopefully finding something new and interesting... Maybe take a few really sweet desktop wallpapers... Definitely try and find something at least pretty looking... I wonder what would happen if we flew close to Mira A's tail... That's not important right now! That's for an expedition for another time!" Teeker got up from his seat within the cockpit, walking towards the elevator that would send him down to their living quarters.
As it went down, he continued speaking, "So we have a planned route for the expedition, we have a general idea of what to expect with these other stars, but no one has truly gotten an up-close and personal image of them, so we'll be the first to see these specific solar systems. It's an opportunity I've at least been preparing for for most of my life and hopefully... Well hopefully everything works out as expected and we make it there without much issue." The elevator opened and he shut off the camera he was using to log their journey.
Teeker made his way to their room and looked to the Patamon who was flipped on his back, mumbling to himself. Teeker shook the Digimon awake, then said, "Morning Sagit, time to head out soon!" Sagit found himself struggling to get up, letting out a yawn, "Can we get some breakfast first?"
"Yep! We'll get something to eat out the local Diner, then we're off to search for new lands! Make interesting discoveries! Totally not crash and die!"
"W-what was that last part?"
"Nothing! Come on pal!"
The pair headed out to a local diner to get some breakfast and hopefully just hype themselves up even more for a long trip. Once they arrived, Teeker ordered himself a plate of pancakes and a light roast coffee with extra cream and sugar while Sagit just got himself the biggest plate of pancakes he possibly could. Once everything arrived, the pair instantly started digging in. Teeker pulled out the camera one last time and showed he and Sagit getting breakfast, "Expedition One, day zero, oh-eight-thirty-four. This is the last time we'll be getting food from the Space Ark for hopefully only two weeks, it's gonna be weird man... Not that I haven't cooked for myself, but it's not easy, so these are definitely the last pancakes." Sagit gave a goofy sad face as he dug in, just enjoying them as much as he could. This gave Teeker a laugh as he shut off the camera again as Teeker shut it off and continued eating. He didn't know if it was necessary to record that, but in case this needs to be documented, he thought it'd be nice to have some extra bits because why not.
